Francis Santa grew up in Rye, New York. He graduated from Rye High School and attended General Motors Business School where he graduated in 1983, then attended the University of Hartford, where he graduated in 2005. He has also completed his legal assistant/paralegal certificate from Blackstone Career Institute. He was in the car business for over 10 years, during which time he both owned and operated a General Motors franchise in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Francis Santa is currently the Founder of Business Image Lift, which is an online reputation management company with the goal of assisting both companies and individuals that have been victims of negative online content. Business Image Lift was founded in 2016, and Santa is incredibly proud of his business and the work that he and his team do.

Francis is very active in the Jewish Community and is a part of many varying community service projects. He still enjoys cars and music, and his hobbies include running, enjoying tv and movies, and spending quality time with his family.
